1. About M2R Kidswear

M2R Kidswear is a kidswear manufacturing company based in Dharavi, Mumbai.

We supply wholesale girls’ fashion directly to retailers, resellers, boutiques, and shop owners across India.

2. Wholesale Orders

All products are sold only in wholesale quantities.
Minimum order requirement (MOQ) may apply.
Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or sales team.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are wholesale prices.
Prices may be updated without prior notice based on fabric rates, manufacturing cost, or stock availability.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
Accepted payment modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Online Payment, Razorpay, etc.

4. Product Information

We try our best to provide accurate images, sizes, and descriptions.
However, slight variations in color, print, or measurements may occur due to lighting, photography, or manufacturing batches.
These variations will not be considered defects.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship PAN-India through trusted courier partners.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, location, and courier rates.
Delivery timelines may vary between 3–10 working days depending on your location.
Delays caused by courier services, holidays, weather, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchange Policy

Since we deal in wholesale manufacturing:

✅ We accept exchanges only for manufacturing defects.

❌ No returns for size issues, color differences, or minor variations.

Conditions for exchange:

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Videos/photos of the parcel opening are required as proof.

The final decision for exchange is taken by M2R Kidswear.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing/packing has begun.
If the order is canceled before processing, a cancellation charge may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and content on this website belong to M2R Kidswear and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by shipping delays, courier damage, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Our maximum liability is limited to the price of the order.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
